The working principle of Immersion Belt Blancher Cooking System:

The blanching line works with quick enzyme inhibiting, color protection, timely dehydration and cooling, all the work completed one time, so that keeps the fruits and vegetables original natural color. Maintains the fresh and active color of fruits and vegetables, and removes odor and preserve the fragrance of materials, enhance cell softness, remains good foundation for the technological requirements of next deep process.
