Process Flow
Bubble Washing Machine:
working through high pressure waterflow and water bubbles to impact and scrub the surface of the cleaned objects. Ozone and ultrasonic can be added in this machine.
Brushing Polishing Machine:
working through high pressure spraying and brush rollers rotating friction to achieve rough surface thorough washing, meanwhile polishing purpose
Air Drying Machine:
working through high pressure wind for drying the surface moister after washing knife shape air outlet to accelerate drying process.
Application
This processing line has wide range application, suitable for washing leafy vegetables, like spinach, leek, cabbage, celery, scallion, chieves etc, without damage.
Also root vegetables like eggplant, carrot, tomato, broccoli, hot pepper, anal bean, cucumber, towel gourd, etc.
And fruits like cherry, lemon, kiwi, strawberry, avocado, mango, dragon fruit, persimmon, honey pomelo, jujube, dates, palm date, etc.
