 fresh potatoes, also can be used for other root vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, purple sweet potato, taro, cassava, and also the banana, plantain etc. 

2. Final products: fried chips (flat and wavy shape), crisps, sticks, wavy crisps, wavy sticks, french fries, also can be adjusted to produce frozen french fries. The final products can be packed by semi or automatic packing machine, which can be sold directly to the maket.
